On October 1, 2024, the Project Reading Initiatives with Stakeholders Engagement (RISE) proudly held a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony at the MSU-IIT Boardroom. This significant event brought together representatives from Belgium, MSU-IIT, DepEd Iligan City Division, the Rotary Club of CDO Centerpoint, and the Metrobank Foundation Network of Outstanding Teachers and Educators. Present at the ceremony were local government representatives from Iligan City, along with various principals from our partner schools.
